Exton Square Mall's Customer Service Center is designed to provide service and convenience to you our customer! Exton Square Mall American Express® Gift Cards & American Express® Gold Gift Cards are available and can be redeemed at any PREIT (pronounced: PREET) mall as well as virtually anywhere American Express® Cards are accepted in the United States. Plus, no fees after purchase, ever!
Enjoy such privileges as complimentary shopping bags and free coat and package check.
Stroller Rental
Strollers are available for rent on the Lower Level, next to Customer Service.
Wheelchair Policy
Exton Square Mall offers wheelchairs to its customers free of charge. A limited number of wheelchairs with seat widths of 18" and 24" are available on a first come, first serve basis. A cash deposit of $10.00 and a photo id are required at the time of check out. The deposit is refundable upon safe and proper return of the equipment. Customer Service is located on the first floor at the base of the escalator across from LensCrafters.
Free Coat & Package Check
Exton Square Mall customers can check their coats and packages free of charge while they shop.
Store Directories
Mall directories are available for customers listing store names, location, and phone numbers, as well as other mall amenities such as restrooms, telephones, elevators, etc.
Public Transit Information
Public transportation brochures (bus/train schedules) are available for shopper’s convenience.
Relax!
Customers can take a break and relax in the Customer Service Lounge located across from the Customer Service Desk on the lower Level (near Lenscrafters). Here they can enjoy the Zook House exhibit and learn what historians and archeologists have discovered about Exton Square Mall's past.
