As of October 1, 2009, PREIT Mall Gift Cards will no longer have fees deducted for inactive use. Our gift card provider, American Express, has eliminated all after-purchase service fees associated with their gift card products. Now you can be confident that the gift you give retains 100% of its full value. The funds never expire and are available until spent at PREIT mall retailers that accept American Express.
