Exton Square Mall is accepting applications for a full time customer service supervisor. Candidates must be available to work some weekends, and nights.

RESPONSIBILITIES:   

Supervisor is to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of Customer Service including but not limited to:

• Internal and external promotion of the Mall Gift Card
• Meeting specified performance and sales goals
• Scheduling
• Personnel supervision and management
• Payroll reporting  & management
• PA Lottery maintenance
• Daily reporting and reconciliation of gift card and lottery deposits
• Monthly reporting
• Support of seasonal Marketing and various Management-requested duties

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills a must
• Ability to communicate professionally both in writing and orally
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Supervisory experience a plus
• Basic accounting and bookkeeping experience a plus

Assistant Manager - Must have open availability and previous management experience.  40 hours/wk.  Should have knowledge of the brand, and above all... Must Love Aerie!!

Floorset/Stock - Must have overnight availability, knowledge of floorsets and willing to work weekends as needed.  Approximately 2 - 5 shifts a month.

Part time Shopkeeper position available.  10-24 hours with flexible schedule.  Position summary:  Selling to servicing of all friends.  Participate in day to day store operations and projects as assigned by management.  Trained in all management functions of store operations.  Manage store in absence of Shop Keeper.

 Sales Associate
The essential functions of the position include the following:
1. Drive profitable store sales.
2. As approved by state law, fill ophthalmic eyeglass prescriptions and fit and adapt lenses and frames, utilizing optical prescription.
3. Ensure high quality/timely product manufacturing/fabrication.
4. Dispense quality product
5. Assist with merchandising and presenting stores, according to standards.
6. Perform additional responsibilities as needed or directed.

     Position Requirements include:
1. Ability to grow sales through sales skills and accountability for sales results.
2. Ability to present and implement decisive and creative solutions to issues.
3. Ability to provide enthusiastic and concise communication to meet/exceed Guest expectations.
4. Demonstrate success in store merchandising and attention to detail.
5. Ability to manage priorities.
6. License may be required.
7. 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
8. Experience with personal computers preferred.
